Oscar Cabrera signs at Huracanes del Atlantico

Huracanes del Atlantico (LNB) landed 26-year old 193cm guard Oscar Cabrera, college: Daytona State. Cabrera played last summer at San Lazaro in the TBS. In 12 games he averaged 11.1ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.4apg. LNB will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time. He helped them to make it to the Dominican Rep. TBS League final after they ended regular season as second best team. It was a very successful year in his career as he was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Dominican Rep. TBS Honorable Mention.
He has played also professionally in Brazil (Pato), Colombia (Fast Break) and Dominican Republic (Mauricio Baez and Leones de Santo Domingo).
Among many awards he won Mid-Florida Conference championship title in 2015. Cabrera was selected to All-Mid-Florida Conference 1st Team back in 2016.
He attended Daytona State until 2016 and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
